Mike Penistone has coached at all levels including international and has influential contacts throughout the rugby-playing world. He is currently working as a freelance coach having previously been with Leicester Tigers and New South Wales Waratahs. He is also a qualified teacher and for some years was in the textile industry. He has a natural rapport with players and coaches alike.
Tony Wade has been involved in Rugby for many years, principally as an administrator at both junior and national league level. Outside Rugby he works as a taxation specialist in the oil industry.

Jill has worked with businesses, individuals and top level coaches and elite athletes in Rugby Union and Rugby League in Australia and overseas. She brings to her consulting her extensive experience in communicating across a diverse range of ages and backgrounds, particularly in relation to high performance teamwork.
