Refunds Policy
Rugby Workshops is a subscription-based service for which
a single annual membership fee is payable. This fee entitles
the subscriber to all the benefits of membership during the
membership year irrespective of the date of joining. The membership
year runs from 1st July until 30th June each year. It is not
felt appropriate, therefore, to offer refunds of subscriptions
once the opportunity to download material has been accepted
by the subscriber. Rugby Workshops will, of course, listen
to and discuss any individual complaint and may refund some
or all of the subscription as a result.
From time to time, Rugby Workshops may offer for purchase
certain goods. In the event that such goods are not of marketable
quality or are damaged or otherwise defective, Rugby Workshops
will offer a refund of monies paid or will replace the goods
without further charge.
Jurisdiction

be interpreted in accordance with English law and in the event
of any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions
or any dispute arising in relation to the web site whether
